All Phase Electric is a proud family-owned and operated electrical contracting business, led by Master Electrician, Deren Kennison.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the industry, Deren earned his Master's license in 2023, building on the foundation established by his father, Dominic Kennison, who founded the company in 2011 in Paris, Texas. Dominic started working commercial projects, but steadily grew, taking on larger and more complex industrial work. Over the years, All Phase became a trusted name across diverse industries, running projects for food processing plants, large-scale bakeries, fertilizer plants, and beyond, delivering reliable, high-quality electrical solutions across Northeast Texas.
The company faced its greatest challenge when Dominic passed away in 2022. Rather than let the legacy fade, Deren stepped up to honor his father's vision. He pursued and obtained his Master's and contractor's licenses and rebuilt All Phase into the respected business it is today.
